Ian attended General Motors Institute and graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and graduated from the University of Western Ontario with an MBA.

Ian was employed at General Motors, mainly in parts fabrication. After leaving General Motors, Ian has worked in a Management role in the Automotive Parts Industry, mainly in the metal casting and machining areas. Ian became President of Advance Precision in 1998.

Ken joined Advance Precision as a Machine Operator in 1995 and has 21 years experience with Hydromats.

Ken was promoted from Lead Hand to Tooling Leader in 2002. He works with the Engineering department and vendors to develop tools.

Gary graduated from the Industrial Training Institute, India, in 1992 with a Mechanical Fitter Diploma and has continued his education at Sheridan College.

Gary joined Advance Precision in 1996 as a Machine Operator and in 2001 he was promoted to Lead Hand.

Ross has 20 years experience in purchasing/materials departments, ranging through all purchasing aspects of assemblies/material and machining needs. As well, he completed one year at Sheridan College, studying Mechanical Engineering Design (1982-1983). He is very conversant with most ERP computer systems, including BaaN SAP and Vantage.

Ross worked at Husky Injection Molding for 12 years as a senior buyer. He joined the Advance Precision team in June 2000.

Son joined Advance Precision in 1996 as a Machine Operator and was promoted to Set-up Technican prior to taking up his role as Quality Assurance Technician in January 2005.

Son achieved a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering in 1990 and has 15 years experience in manufacturing environments.

Chris graduated from the Cabot Institute of Technology with a diploma in Petroleum Engineering Technology in 1991.

Chris started working for General Kinetics Ltd. in early 1992 building shock absorbers and rebuilding struts for armored personnel carriers. In early 1994, he started work as a Hydromat operator, and was promoted to shift leader in 1996 when Advance Precision was formed from General Kinetics. In 2002, Chris was promoted to Production Manager.

 
Ba joined Advance Precision in April 2000 as a Material Handler and was promoted to Shipper/Receiver in July 2000.

Phu joined Advance Precision in 1996 as a Machine Operator, was promoted to a Set-up Technician, then to Maintenance Leader, and is now a Process Engineer.

Phu has considerable experience with CNC machines and Hydromats and graduated from Humber College in May 2000 with a Programmable Logic Control Certificate.

Truc graduated from CDI College with a diploma in Computer Technology in 1997.

Truc joined Advance Precision as an Operator and QA Technician in 1999, and was promoted to Set-up Technician in 2001. In 2002, Truc was promoted to Lead Hand.

Tuyen joined Advance Precision Ltd. with outside experience in manufacturing automotive parts using plastic injection, extrusion and blow moulding operations.

Tuyen was a Canada and Ontario scholar in 1994 and obtained a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering in Co-operative Program, graduating in 1999 from Ryerson Polytechnic University.

Kathy graduated from Humber College with a Business Management Diploma in 1993. Her focus has been within the administrative and accounting fields.

Kathy held an Administrative Manager position in a distribution company for nine years. She joined Advance Precision as Accounting Clerk/Receptionist in 2004.

Dave joined Advance Precision Ltd. as part of Techman Sales Group in 2005. Dave has over 10 years of account management experience. He graduated with a B.S. Materials Science & Engineering from Ohio State University.

Hector joined Advance Precision Ltd. as part of Techman Sales Group in 2005. Hector has over eight years of account management experience.

He graduated with a B.S. Mechanical Engineering from the Instituto Tecnologico de Queretaro in Mexico.

Larry joined Advance Precision Ltd. as part of Techman Sales Group in 2005.

Larry has over nine years of experience in account management, material management, cost analysis and purchasing, and over 15 years of experience in marketing.

Craig has worked in job-shop manufacturing for the last 23 years with a background in screw machine, CNC and Hydromat machining. His experience includes working very closely with customers in a range of industries including automotive, semiconductor equipment and aerospace.
