Rotary Transfer Machining

Producing parts directly from bar-stock, our Hydromats® automatically cut the bar to part length, machining a variety of features and profiles from both ends and at various angles. This uniquely flexible capability eliminates costly and time-consuming secondary machining operations, resulting in low cost, high volume, precise parts.

Post Machining Processes, Coatings and Assembly

Providing finished parts and assemblies to customer specifications, we offer a range of post machining operations, such as grinding, washing and deburring. Also, providing coatings and other value adding processes such as anodizing, plating, painting, heat treatment and assembly.
