The Advance Precision Manufacturing Department meets weekly schedules with expected customer quality. All operators are trained thoroughly and on an ongoing basis in all aspects of their job functions, and they work in an atmosphere of teamwork and safety, which promotes Continuous Improvement as a part of everyday work habits. In turn, this leads to reducing costs in areas of tooling, scrap, downtime and lost efficiency.
In parts manufacturing, Advance Precision currently has 13 Hydromats run by a highly specialized work force. Advance Precision has the ability to produce millions of complex precision, high quality machined parts used in all areas of the automotive industry.
Advance Precision's production team has the ability to change from job to job on a given machine, often in a matter of hours, to produce large volumes of highly complex parts. The leader of the setup team has over eight years of industry experience, which in turn is supported by maintenance, tooling, quality and engineering staff.
Our production teams work three shifts per day, five days a week and weekends if necessary to accommodate our customer needs in this very demanding marketplace. Continuous Improvement methods are in constant use to aid in reducing costs through scrap reduction, improved tool life and efficiency gains where possible. In this manner, Advance Precision is able to be more competitive, which helps the company and our customers to save money in a competitive and ever-changing industry.
